These shoes ROCK! They are Black Velvet with a velcro closure. There are 2 strips of black and white striped satin ribbon and a a crossed pair of skeletal hands! The hands are made of rubbery plastic and cover the whole front of your foot. I have only a few of these fun hands- so order before they are gone! I can put them on any shoe. Any Black Velvet shoe size available.
